AN EMBODIED APPROACH TO WELLBEING
Welcome. I am Nori, a somatic practitioner and MSc Psychology researcher based in Curaçao.
My work brings together somatic practice, mindful movement, and research to explore how embodied awareness can support wellbeing and human flourishing.
I am currently training in the Alexander Technique and Zhineng Qigong while completing my MSc in Psychology, where my dissertation explores the intersection of positive psychology and somatic movement.
